Sneakersnstuff x Converse Lovikka All Star

Back in 2010 Sneakersnstuff released their first collaboration project with Converse. They created a knitted version of their classic Chuck Taylor All Star and the inspiration came from the Swedish Lovikka mitten. A mitten that a women named Erika Aittamaa began to knit a long time ago, before the Industrial Revolution, to support her family. Her mittens became very popular and today the Lovikka mitten is an iconic product in Sweden.

Now the Sneakersnstuff x Converse Lovikka All Star is back in a new colorway! Almost everything is the same, the iconic mitten design is translated onto the vintage specialty Chuck Taylor sole, the accent embroidery and crafted details is there, the red/yellow/blue printed pinstripe on the midsole is there and the signature Lovikka tassel on the heel-stay is of course there! The only thing that they changed this time is the color, instead of off-white wool upper they went for an grey melange upper.
