Nike’s classic Air Trainer 1 is used to pay homage to legendary coach, and Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman in the “BB51” Pack. Available in black and Vachetta tan, the black version of the Air Trainer 1 uses semi-glossy leather and the Vachetta tan version of the Air Trainer 1 uses nubuck with etched detailing on the strap, a woven tongue, and metal aglets. The shoe features gold detailing, especially in the form of piping outlining the Nike swoosh. Additionally, “BB51,” standing for Bill Bowerman and his jersey number, 51, when he payed for the University of Oregon Ducks.
