It employs the same luminescent technology used in watches worn by U.S. Navy SEAL members for clandestine operations–tiny glass capsules lined with phosphorous and filled with tritium gas. Built into the index and hands, each capsule fluoresces when the two materials react, eliminating the need for an external light source. Made of solid 316L stainless steel protected a black electroplated PVD finish that withstands the rigors of daily use and provides inconspicuous wear, both the locking, screw-down crown and case back provide water resistance to 660′.

Swiss quartz movement provides precise, reliable timekeeping. With analog day/date display and a 24-hour dial. The brass dial and face are protected by a reflection- and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The watch’s battery provides up to four years of operation before requiring replacement.
